Due to the nature of our business, people call at almost all hours. We can be reached during normal business hours and evenings. Our customers and tenants know they can reach either one of us and their calls will be returned. Emails are returned within two days of receipt. Mail is checked daily.
Please remember that during the busy season (March-September), handyman / contractor / carpentry / remodelling work picks up quickly. We encourage all potential customers to request initial meetings and bids during a slower time (October-February) and plan for outdoor work to get started when the weather is more cooperative. A little bit of planning ahead allows us more time to customize the job for you! We do our best to meet the time constraints of all projects.
Located in Spearfish, this 2000 square foot home, built in 2007, is available for the 2010 and 2011 rally. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (each with double sinks), this custom built home can accomodate up to 6 people in beds. Relax on the covered front porch or grill outside on the covered deck. Asking $2700 for rally week.
